Terms & Conditions:
We try to make postage as economical as possible. In many instances, we actually offer free postage! Where free postage is not available, we choose to use USPS and Fed-ex to deliver your goods. For larger orders, your postage costs include insurance. Please note, however, that any order sent via regular mail (ie uninsured) is sent entirely with the buyer's knowledge that the item/s are not insured. This means that in the event of your package is lost by the USPS,Nature's Nappies will not be held liable or be obligated to provide a refund. We do like to look after our customers though, so in the unlikely event of an uninsured package going missing, we'll help you out as much as we can.

Payment
We accept payments check, money order, Visa, Mater card, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. We do not accept COD arrangements under any circumstances. Payment details will be emailed to you with your order confirmation.
Please understand that Nature's Nappies is not a huge multi-million dollar enterprise. We are a small family owned business, and therefore we take pride in running this business ourselves around our family life.
From time to time family situations may arise which could mean a small delay in communications or delivery. We will, of course, do our absolute best to ensure all items are sent out according to delivery specifications. In the event of any delay which means a 'longer than usual' waiting time, a notice will be placed in the 'news' section of the website, notifying customers of the current lead time.
Returns Policy:
Here at Nature's Nappies we want you to be happy with our products. We'll do our best to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If you have any questions about our products, please email us prior to ordering to clarify. Should you find any fault with your Nature's Nappies products, please let us know immediately. For regular returns, we are happy to refund or exchange any items providing they are in NEW AND UNWASHED/UNUSED condition upon being returned to us. Due to the nature of the product, we absolutely cannot and will not refund used/washed items.Shipping fees are not refundable.
Shipping charges due to exchanges are to be paid by the customer. Purchases can not be refunded after 60 days are credit system does not allow for it.
Exchanges and warranties
Any replacement or exchanges will not be shipped until the faulty or exchanged product is received. We will not under any circumstances send out product in hopes that the other is on it's way.
Free shipping over $125:
The method of shipment for the free shipping is at the discretion of Nature's Nappies. It will go out the cheapest method available. If you wish for it to be Priority mail please notify us. We will send you an invoice for the difference.
